In order to confirm your appointment, a 50% NON REFUNDABLE Deposit is due.

If you have to cancel the appointment for any reason, the deposit is applied to a future appointment. If I have to cancel the appointment for any reason, your deposit will be refunded. 


WHEN SENDING YOUR PAYMENT, YOU MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WITH PAYMENT: 

Client's Name, Name of the Event, Event Date
